Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of American Reserve Exchange.
Last updated: 23 June 2026
Agreeing to these Terms
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Disclosures, and AML Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Who may use the service
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use a custodial crypto service. Identity verification is required before you can deposit. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts where we cannot verify identity or where use would breach law or these Terms.
How custody works
American Reserve Exchange is custodial: we hold supported assets on your behalf. Holdings are not bank deposits and are not insured by the FDIC, SIPC, or any government agency. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Prohibited activity
You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, or to circumvent identity verification. You will not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the platform other than through good-faith security research reported to us.
Fees and the risks of crypto
Applicable fees are published on the Fees page and shown before you confirm an action. Crypto assets are volatile and you may lose value. Nothing on the platform is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.
Account actions
We may suspend or terminate access to comply with law, manage risk, or address a breach of these Terms. Where lawful and practical, we will give notice and a means to recover eligible assets.
Limitations
The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. The finalised Terms will set out warranty disclaimers, liability limits, dispute resolution, and governing law. Those provisions are pending legal review.
Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated before they take effect. Questions: support@americanreservemsb.com.
